You can register at Google Adsense thru this link.
Once registered at Google Adsense you are assigned a publisher Id.
This publisher Id. is then used to link to your google account.
You are allowed to create ads with this id by using google ad generator.
You can place those ads simply on your website.
Bingo! there you go, as soon as that is done, your website is ready with adsense ads.
